Exchanges
Local Shipping in Lebanon
We offer an exchange option for local orders under the following conditions:
You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or product by notifying our team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unworn, and with all labels attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for exchange.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to exchanges.
During sale periods, exchanges are not accepted.
Certain items may not be eligible for exchange; these exceptions will be clearly stated in the product description.
Local Shipping
We provide delivery services across all regions of Lebanon. Local shipments typically arrive within 1–10 business days.
